Dr. Patrick Moore, founder of Greenpeace, appeared before the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee yesterday. Dr. Moore said the IPCC claim that anthropogenic global warming is "extremely likely" is totally inaccurate.
"There is no scientific proof that human emissions of carbon dioxide are the dominant cause of the minor warming if the Earth's atmosphere over the past 100 years."
He also discussed historic trends and noted that "450 million years ago when CO2 was 10 times higher than today," the Earth was in an ice age.
