Ukraine has consistently refused to sign the European Union Association Agreement. Their leaders have referred to EU submission as a "suicide note" that they will never sign. Economists estimate that Ukraine would lose 14.7 billion Euros per year by joining.
Victor Yanukovych, who took over the Ukrainian presidency after a disputed election in 2010, is adamantly opposed to forfeiting Ukrainian sovereignty. But the EU is absolutely desperate to bring the country in. It would shift the border to the edge of Russia and add giant natural resource reserves into the EU trade mixture.
Was it just coincidence, then, that the Ukrainian "protesters" were really snipers shooting police and amassed gunmen firing at riot cops who were generally reluctant to fire back? Is it coincidence that a nearly universal consensus of American media has spoken of these gunmen as "protesters?" In most of the raw footage, the police can be seen running away from gunmen and raising bulletproof shields as they approach their would-be killers and tackle them instead of shooting back.
Is it possible that the west colluded with the EU to trigger a massive uprising while the glaring Olympic spotlight was shining on the region, in an attempt to get the Ukrainian government to retaliate violently? It would be a perfect opportunity to paint them as an oppressive regime that America and the EU should dismantle and absorb. At least one CIA operative was captured by Ukrainian police after organizing and leading a riot last week. Furthermore, witnesses openly admit that they were paid to participate in the riots.
The now famous "I Am a Ukrainian" video has been seen over 7.5 million times on YouTube. This video was actually a major catalyst in the Ukrainian uprising and the ousting of Yanukovych. The girl in the video from user "Whisper Roar" has remained anonymous with the help of filmmaker Ben Moses, who was admittedly "preparing a film on democracy" when the riots broke out.
One of Moses' chief financial backers was none other than Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) big wig Larry Diamond. Diamond has been instrumental in leading campaigns to destabilize Arab countries in the effort to force them into surrendering sovereignty to globalist entities. Mr. Diamond can be seen pictured with Ukrainian opposition leader and runner-up in the 2010 election, Mrs. Yulia Tymonshenko. US Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland was also pictured with opposition leaders Oleh Tyahnybok, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, and Vitaliy Klitschko in Kiev on February 7th.
Nuland, second in charge of the US State Department behind only John Kerry, made national news just days before the riots in Kiev started. Mrs. Nuland's admission that the US invested billions of dollars in an official effort to build "democratic institutions" received far less attention than her telephone conversation with Geoffrey R. Pyatt, ambassador to Ukraine. The two diplomats discussed ways to bring down the Ukrainian power structure before Mrs. Nuland barked "Fuck the EU."
I don't have the answers, but I do believe the people should demand the truth before starting new wars. I am afraid that there is much more here than meets the eye. We should heed the prescient words of our nation's godfather and have "as little political connection as possible" with "foreign nations," especially now that powerful, entrenched alliance systems are in place and armed with nuclear warheads.
